When you create a RootToCrown account we collect your name and email address. As you use the app we store the content you create, including journal entries, chakra assessments, energy and focus logs, meditation session logs, sleep and water intake logs, sound journeys and listening sessions, angel number sightings, saved affirmations and goals, affirmations, and community posts and shared stories. If you subscribe to Premium, our payment provider (Wix/Base44 Payments) processes your payment details on our behalf — we never see or store your full card details.
We use your information to provide and personalize the app's features (such as your streak, mood trends, and reminders), to send optional daily reminder and journal prompt emails you opt into, and to process Premium subscription payments.
We do not sell your personal information. Content you post to the Community Feed is visible to other RootToCrown users. We share payment details only with our payment processor to complete transactions.
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data (journal entries, chakra assessments, energy logs, meditation logs, sleep and water logs, sound journeys, listening sessions, angel number sightings, saved affirmations, goals, and community posts) at any time from Profile & Settings in the app. This action is irreversible.
